Woman Charged with Breaking and Entering into a Roslindale Home

Boston Police arrested a woman for breaking and entering into a Roslindale residence and violating a restraining order.

On Dec. 14 around 7:38 p.m., Barbora Persinova, with no listed address, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering at nighttime, violation of a restraining order and a warrant out of West Roxbury District Court for larceny of less than $250 and assault and battery.

Police were called to a Peak Hill Road residence and were met by the caller who said the suspect was in the home, according to a Boston Police report. The victim told police she had a restraining order against the suspect. Police went into the home and found the suspect sleeping in a spare bedroom.

The suspect told police she entered the house between 6:30 and 7 p.m.
