Timothy Mahoney, Jr.: First Class Fireman, Longtime Roslindale Resident

Timothy W. "Brother" Mahoney, Jr., 76, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2014, according to his obituary. 

Mahoney, a 15-year resident of Roslindale and former longtime resident of Charelstown, received his license as a First Class Fireman and worked at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston and at Harvard University in Cambridge. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Friday, May 9 at 9 a.m. from the Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. in Charlestown, followed by a mass at St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill St. in Charlestown, at 10 a.m. Burial to be at Pine Haven Cemetery in Burlington. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 8 from 4-8 p.m.
