Obit: Marjorie A. (Murphy) Hennigan

Marjorie A. (Murphy) Hennigan of Jamaica Plain died Oct. 12, 2012.

She was the wife of former State Senator James W. Hennigan Jr. and mother of Clerk Magistrate Maura Hennigan of Jamaica Plain. The Hennigans are a well known political family in Boston.

Visiting hours will be Monday, 3-8 p.m. at Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St., West Roxbury. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. from the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in The Holy Name Church at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
