5 Things: Eclectic Expressions Musical Event at Roslindale Community Center Tonight

Enjoy r&b, spoke word, jazz, gospel and more tonight in a free concert for everyone tonight at the Roslindale Community Center.

  1. Tonight all ages are welcome to Eclectic Expressions. A free musical event which will explore diversity through vocal music. The event will include rhythm-n-blues, spoken word, Americana, world jazz, Gospel, Afro-pop, and more. Organized by Lisa Marie Garver, of the voice faculty at The Real School of Music. BCYF Roslindale Community Center.   2. Registration for Parkway Little League is now open online.
  3. Registration for Parkway Youth Lacrosse is also open online. Click here to learn more about the league and FAQs like when the season starts, where do they play, etc.
  4. Also tonight, Congressman , will be the guest speaker at the Ward 20 Democratic Committee meeting. 7 p.m. West Roxbury Pub Function Room, 1885 Centre St. The meeting is open to the public. Free.
  5. Also today is Toddler Storytime and Singalong for free at the Roslindale Library from 10:30-11:30 a.m. 4238 Washington St.
