The following article is based on a Boston Police report.

Napper Tandy's restaurant in Roslindale Village was issued a license premise violation after a patron had her phone stolen while in the bar, which was recorded on security film.

On Aug. 8 around 10 p.m., Boston Police spoke with a female victim who said she put her phone in her pocketbook and it was gone when she got back after playing pool, according to a Boston Police report. The victim said a suspect calling himself "Q" was the closest to her bag, and security film showed the suspect taking the phone and putting it in his pocket and then leaving the restaurant.
