Man Wanted on Warrant for Selling Drugs in B K's Pub Found with Heroin in Roslindale
The following information is based on a Boston Police report, and where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Boston Police arrested a West Roxbury man wanted on a warrant for distributing drugs inside B K's Pub, after finding him with heroin in Roslindale.
On Dec. 7 around 9:44 p.m., Daniel R. Bradley, of 26 Pheasant St., West Roxbury, was arrested and charged with possession of a class A drug, heroin, and on a warrant from West Roxbury District Court for distribution of a class B drug.
Police made an onsite arrest at 4594 Washington St., in Roslindale, and recovered one plastic bag of a brown powder substance believed to be heroin from the suspect's pants, according to a Boston Police report.
The warrant is related to a Sept. 15, 2011 incident in which undercover Boston Police E-5/E-13 Drug Control Unit officers were watching two individuals at B K's Pub at 4272 Washington St., according to a Boston Police report.
Before the evening an officer had been contacted by the owner of the bar due to concerns of drug activity at his establishment. Officers had staked the place out noting who was entering and exiting the establishment with great frequency.
The officers followed the two suspects into the bar, and one was not visible. The officer went to the bathroom and found the suspect using the urinal. As the officer went to an open urinal he allegedly observed and heard the suspect say to another man, "Hey I got those Watsons 749." The other man asked for how much, and the suspect then said, "Five bucks." The other man said he'd take one, according to a Boston Police report.
Money and a pill were exchanged, and then the officer announced himself as a Boston Police officer.
