Student Art on Display at Roslindale Community Center Today

Roslindale Open Studios is in more than 40 locations, including work from the Roslindale Arts Initiative.

 

This year's Roslindale Open Studios will feature Roslindale elementary school students artwork at the Roslindale Community Center. 

Only on Saturday, while Roslindale Open Studios is both days this weekend, the students work is part of the Roslindale Arts Initiative. Students in grades 3 through 7 will have their work on display.

"I like woodworking because it's a place where your imagination can run free," said Dan, 11, of the Conley School.

Students from the following schools have their work on display today from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Bates, Conley, Haley, Mozart, Philbrick, Sumner, Irving Middle School, Brook Charter School, Boys & Girls Club at the Sumner.
